The Authority released three decisions on four complaints today
Two of the decisions considered three complaints which were from people and organisations who were the subject of investigations in Fair Go and Sunday. They raised issues of privacy, accuracy and fairness with respect to how they were treated by the broadcaster and how they were portrayed in the broadcasts. The Authority found that the broadcasters complied with broadcasting standards in both instances.
In the third decision released, the Authority declined to determine the complaint, finding it frivolous, trivial and vexatious.
