BSA releases decisions on five complaints
Today the Authority released decisions on five complaints. All decisions addressed standards in news and current affairs programmes. None were upheld. In one decision the Authority found comments made by Duncan Garner regarding Don Brash’s safety at Te Tii Marae on Waitangi Day did not breach broadcasting standards in the context of the item as a whole.
