Broadcaster and Complainant Satisfaction Survey Results Released Today
We have published the results of this year’s Broadcaster and Complainants Satisfaction Surveys. Overall, both broadcasters and complainants surveyed were positive regarding the BSA’s management of the complaints process and 83% of broadcasters rate their relationship with BSA as good or very good. The surveys also provide useful feedback on areas for improvement in BSA processes and services, such as increased communication regarding complaint handling progress, timelines and procedural requirements and more use of plain English in decisions and correspondence.
