Authority releases two decisions
The BSA released decisions on two complaints today, both regarding allegedly offensive language in radio broadcasts. In both decisions, the Authority took into account relevant contextual factors and found that the use of the terms complained about did not threaten current community norms of good taste and decency. Neither complaint was upheld under the good taste and decency standard.
