Summary [1] The Bits in Between was broadcast on TV3 at 7. 30pm on 24 September 2001. [2] Michael Hooker complained to TV3 Network Services Ltd, the broadcaster, that the programme contained sexual themes which were outside accepted norms of good taste and decency.
