SummaryAn item on 3 News, broadcast on TV3 on 17 February 1999 commencing at 6. 00 pm, focused on a family’s disagreement over the costs of returning a dead woman’s body to her family in the Philippines, after the deaths of the woman and her husband in a car accident.
