The reporter noted demonstrators were also asking the Government to consider allowing 100 Iranian women to come and study in New Zealand. As the house was only filmed to the extent visible from the street, the broadcaster did not intrude upon the complainant’s interest in solitude or seclusion in a way that was highly offensive.
