Inside New Zealand: "A Deadly Taboo". AIDS sufferer's search for a dignified and controlled death explored. Opponents of euthanasia were given only a brief opportunity to put their point of view. Upheld (balance). No order.

Midday Report and Checkpoint. Programmes dealt with release by the Minister of Health of a report which examined the effects of marijuana/cannabis use, and government's announcement of what it intended to do. Complaint about the comments from Life Education Trust members. Not upheld (balance).

Radio Pacific talkback. Host was Bill Ralston and topic was beheading of the statue of John Ballance in the grounds of Parliament. Not upheld (fairness, discrimination and denigration, responsible programming).
