We have published the results of this year’s Broadcaster and Complainants Satisfaction Surveys. Both broadcasters and complainants surveyed gave positive ratings for their interactions with BSA staff (average of 87% for broadcasters, and average of 84-91% for complainants). The surveys also provide useful feedback on areas for improvement in BSA processes and services, such as increased contact with complainants and with smaller or less experienced broadcasters.
