Four decisions released
The Authority has released decisions on four complaints. One of the complaints related to whether a television news report on a new public interest defence recognised by the Court of Appeal in the complainants’ defamation proceedings was accurate and fair. The complaint was not upheld. The remaining decisions related to radio broadcasts. The Authority declined jurisdiction on one complaint, declined to determine one complaint and did not uphold the last complaint.
